We always go the extra mile to make sure our customers are entirely satisfied, however if you have a problem with your purchase we have the following return and refund policy.
We aim to resolve any issues with you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We have a 14-day return or refund policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return.
To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return or refund application, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As our products are bespoke and to save on unnecessary carbon emissions, In most cases we will not ask you to return the product. A photograph of the problem with a description will suffice.
If we do need you to return your item we will email you details of how to ship the product to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you when your return or refund application has been reviewed, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
